Renovating the roof of a large residential building is never a small task. It requires careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and a strong focus on safety and durability. The City Heights Apartments – Roof Renovation project was one of our most rewarding undertakings, combining technical expertise with a clear goal: to provide residents with a secure, long-lasting roof that could withstand years of changing weather conditions.

Project Background

City Heights Apartments is a multi-story residential complex that houses more than 50 families. Over the years, the building’s original roofing system had suffered from constant exposure to heat, heavy rains, and seasonal storms. Multiple leaks were reported by residents, and water damage had started affecting some of the top-floor units. The property management team reached out to us with a clear request—a complete roof renovation that would ensure long-term protection and minimal future maintenance.

Initial Assessment

Challenges We Overcame

Renovating a large apartment complex came with unique challenges. Working on a roof above occupied units meant we had to maintain strict safety protocols and keep noise and disruption to a minimum. Weather was another factor—we had to plan around rain forecasts to avoid delays and protect residents from exposure to open roof sections.
